Welcome to Activate You!

Here's how to use the program:
  • Each week of the program has a different theme and there are a number of activities for you to complete. 
  • Download your activity calendar for the week to help you plan - just click on the paper clip icon. 
  • Read, download and complete a journal entry each week to track your personal goals and achievements.
  • Activities begin with a few minutes and gradually increase over the 12 weeks, by the end you'll be able to exercise for 45 minutes.  
  • Speak to your doctor before you begin if you have any health concerns that might limit your ability to take part in this program. 
  • Take care to follow the instructions given and always work at your own pace.
  • You don't need any equipment, just clothes you can move comfortably in and a pair of trainers.
  • Enjoy the video and audio workouts, tips, quizzes, blogs and competitions.
